Just a quick note to compliment your installation team. I often don’t get the opportunity to stop by our installations due to my busy schedule; however, when I do, I observe several factors that impact our decisions to continue (or discontinue) our relationships with our installation vendors. These factors include: professionalism, courteousness, and competency. When I was at _________ College on Monday, all these factors were exemplified 100% by your team led by Shannon. I was impressed that they unloaded, unpacked and cleaned up ALL the debris BEFORE installation began. As a previous Operations Manager for a 100 million dollar company with 400 employees under my supervision, small details such as this is not overlooked. By having a clean and clear space, you increase efficiency, loose less parts, avoid safety hazards (to yourself and client) and ultimately have a successful installation.
My client complimented the next day that your crew were very friendly and polite- this was an unsolicited compliment (the best kind!!). By way of this note, please make sure that everyone on that job gets praise. Also, in particular, I must mention that I have met Shannon several times and in my opinion he is one of the best out there – good temperament, knowledgeable, friendly and treats his crew well. Keep up the good work guys and we will keep partnering with you.

...how professional, courteous, and dilligent your staff has been throughout the reconstruction process...since we have employees conducting business..it was important to keep the noise level at the minimum...your crew were phenomenal! They always have a smile on their faces, they kept the project moving, they were accomodating to our employees and they did their work quietly, in short, very professional..in addition, Ron Wijkowski was on the top of his game and was instrumental in working with our voice and data guy to solve a problem we had with the wiring of the new pods. Thank you for your help managing our office relocation from West Chester to Coatesville. The move went very smoothly, and we thank everyone from Signature for making this possible. Your crews did a very professional, and timely, job of installing and assembling our new office furniture and cubicles. They moved all of our office contents quickly and met our required deadline for the project. The crew manager, Sean, was very approachable and attentive to my requests. He managed the crew well, and in my opinion, everyone from Signature did an above-average job. Ron and James did a good job of assembling the furniture in each of the offices, and John built out the workstations well.

I would like to thank everyone at Signature for the extra effort they put into a very small job that was taking place today. Your warehouse had to open at 6 am to receive one workstation of product from Allsteel. They were to be at Cira Center on Arch St. at 8:00 am. Due to the driver being 3 hours late, and circumstances at Cira, there was many phone calls and issue to be dealt with. I would like to acknowledge Ron (I dealt with him to get this set up),Cyndi (who took the brunt of everything today) and Dennis, and anyone else who was involved today, they all did a GREAT JOB!
